A late freeze got much of the KS and OK wheat this year.
Milo looks good in Thomas County. Those who don't know what milo is, it is a
grain used to feed cattle (and now to make ethonol).
BIG Colby news - they are to build an ethanlol plant South of town.
The plant in Oakley continues to expand and is a big success. The Oakley
plant uses milo.
